Master of Miracle Restoration
He Made You. He Can Fix You.

“[Jesus] was
teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath. Behold, there
was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, was bowed
together, and could in no wise lift up herself. When Jesus saw her, he
called her to him, and said, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity. He laid his hands on her: immediately
she was made straight, and glorified God.
“The ruler of the
synagogue answered with indignation, because Jesus healed on the Sabbath
day, and said …There are six days in which men ought to work: in them come
and be healed, not on the Sabbath day. The Lord answered him… Thou
hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the Sabbath loose his ox or his ass
from the stall, and lead him away to watering? Ought not this woman, being
a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath day? …all his
adversaries were ashamed: All the people rejoiced for all the glorious
things that were done by him”. (Luke 13:10-17)
Jesus made it clear here that Satan was binding this
woman and causing her to suffer. He did something about
it, too! He set her free! The religious leaders
didn’t like it either and told Him so! Jesus rebuked them
for not loving people more than they loved their animals, which shamed them
deeply. Hopefully they learned something about “leadership qualities”
that day.
A young woman once
came to my wife and me with a problem. Her menstrual cycle was
painfully abnormal and the doctors said she couldn’t have children.
She’d resigned herself to this “fact” and would’ve just been satisfied with
a “normal” pain-free cycle. We began to show her from God’s Word that
what she was suffering was a penalty for the sin that
Jesus bore at Calvary’s Cross. (Deuteronomy 28:15-68; Galatians
3:13,14,29)
We encouraged her
to be faithful in Church attendance as we continually preached on
Redemption from the Curse of the Law of Sin and Death. (Romans 8:2)
We encouraged her to trust God not only for a normal cycle
but also for the ability to give birth to be restored.
We prayed together,
rebuking Satan and loosing the power of God into her body, in
Jesus’ Name. (Matthew 18:19; John 16:23) She became very faithful in
her Church attendance, hearing the Word of miracle deliverance with
regularity. (Romans 10:17) Her faith was stirred
and she began to see immediate results. Her cycle occurred now with
regularity where before it came randomly. Now it no longer caused such
horrible pain that she’d miss days of work.
Soon after this
miracle restoration began, she came to us sharing how the Lord was leading her to attend Bible School. Once there
she met and married a man called to Ministry. She has
since given birth to two children -- her resurrected dream of both a boy
and a girl -- contrary to the doctor’s
report.
As a matter of
fact, prior to giving birth to her first child, on her way to work she went
to the doctor for her weekly checkup. While there she had to be told
that she was actually in labor. She was so totally restored she
didn’t even realize she was about to deliver. She then gave birth
with such ease that it left her rejoicing.
The Bible says that
God is no respecter of persons. (Acts 10:34; Romans 2:11) What He did
miraculously for our friend, He’ll do for you. He made your body and He can fix it, whatever the problem.
Remember, God is never your problem.
He’s always your solution.
Do what our friend
did. Say, “Jesus, You’re my choice.” (Romans
10:13) This automatically qualifies you for family benefits. (Psalm 103:1-5)
You can then pray,
“Father, set me free in Jesus’ Name and
I’ll use my restored body to serve you with my life.”
