Satan
Would Ask a Favor of You
He Would Appreciate Your Compliance

“And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the
angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist
him. And the Lord said unto Satan, The Lord rebuke
thee, O Satan; even the Lord that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee…”
(Zechariah 3:1-2)
Satan would like to
ask a favor of you. He would like you to please believe that he does not exist, in spite of what the Bible
teaches.
Nothing would give him a greater thrill than for you
to choose the lie of Evolution over the truth of
Creation.
He would appreciate it if you would please oblige him and
not Almighty God.
Satan desires for you to
reject, even to mock
the very idea of “evil” whether it is evil spirits or evil empires.
He particularly appreciates the cults, false religions
and make-believe disciplines of the world that dismiss the
idea of his very existence as “archaic” and “nonsensical.”
The Bible is
clear. All who oblige him by denying his existence do so because
they are directly under his influence and are being deceived by him.
The Bible calls those who deny
Satan's existence his "children."
The
Apostle Paul referred to Satan as “the
prince of the power of the air [Satan], the spirit that now works in the
children of disobedience.” (Ephesians 2:2)
There is a saying:
“Deceived people don’t know they are deceived because they are
deceived.”
Are
you deceived?
Have you been believing Satan’s
lie that says, “He doesn’t exist. There’s no such thing as good and evil. It’s just not that simple.”?
Again the Bible is clear. Satan does indeed exist. He started
out in Heaven leading worship before the Throne of
God. (Ezekiel 28:13-15) To make a long story short, he became
prideful and foolishly attempted a coup against Almighty
God.
“For thou hast said
in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will
exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of
the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the
heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the
pit.” (Isaiah 14:13-15)
Satan's poorly
thought out coup was overturned. He took a whipping,
of course, and got the boot. When God gives you
the boot, you are sore for Eternity. Satan
was cast as a lightning bolt out of Heaven and into the Earth.
Jesus told His disciples, “I beheld Satan as lightning fall from Heaven.” (Luke 10:18)
At the time of
Satan being thrown out of Heaven, all of his angelic co-conspirators were given the
heave-ho, as well.
“And the great
dragon was cast out…the Devil, and Satan, which deceives the whole world:
he was cast out into the earth, and his angels…with him.” (Revelation 12:9)
Please pay close
attention to what the above verse reveals. Satan and his fallen
angels were "cast out into the earth." They are in the Earth
right now and their job is to deceive you into
believing in their “non-existence.”
All who do not believe Satan and
demons exist in the Earth today are under their delusion. That is what
they desire and they appreciate all who comply.
That
is something to
seriously think about.
Jesus said Satan is a
living, lying, deceiving
thief who has come to take everything you have and then blame God for all your problems.
“The thief [Satan]
cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that
they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” (John
10:10)
Jesus
Makes Deliverance from Deception Simple
Jesus also said
that anyone could pray and be instantly delivered from Satan’s deception and destruction. However, there
are conditions.
The first step into
being delivered from demonic deception and oppression is to become a
Disciple of Christ. You do that by being Born-Again.
Do
not let the term "Born-Again" confuse you. When Jesus said
to Nicodemus in John 3:3, "You must be born again" He meant the
following.
The
first time you are born you are birthed into the natural world through the
natural door of your mother's womb.
The
second time you are born, or "Born-Again", you are birthed into
the Kingdom of God by stepping through the Door of Jesus Christ. This
is why Jesus referred to Himself as "The Door" and as the only
"Way" to God. (John 3:7, 9; 14:6)
The
moment you are Born-Again, through acceptance of Christ, you become a son or
a daughter of God. (John 1:12)
Once you have become
a child of God, by simply saying, "Jesus, You're my one and only
choice" you automatically become a Disciple of Christ. (Romans 10:13)
When
Jesus taught His Disciples to pray, one of the primary things He told them
to request was that God would "deliver us from evil." (Matthew 6:13)
If you are
Born-Again, you can simply pray, “Jesus, thanks for opening my eyes to Satan’s
delusion. I see now from Your Word that he does indeed exist. I
have chosen You as my Lord and Savior.
Father, I ask
You to free me from any further entanglement
with evil in Jesus' Name. If You will please show me the one primary thing You want me to do with my
life, I will do it with all my strength and
all my heart. Satan, loose me in Jesus' Strong Name. I will serve the Lord
and none other.”
If you prayed that
prayer, you need never fear Satan again.
He fears you now.
He
knows he has been utterly defeated by your new Master.
(Colossians 2:15; Hebrews 2:14,15)
He knows you are free.
Free to take the Name of Jesus and rip him right up the middle with
it.
“If the Son
therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” (John 8:36)
